I took a taxi from my House at Bogor to Jakarta International Airport, then an Airplane (Garuda Indonesia Airways) from Jakarta to Adi Sucipto Airport, another taxi from Adi Sucipto to Hotel Ibis Malioboro, and renting a car to go from Hotel Ibis into Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta

During my monitoring session in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta, I have been given some time to discuss personally with the students. They were divided into two departments which are Front Office Department (Aprilia Fransisca, Randy) and Kitchen Department (Lia Veronica, Silvia Susanto). Student who were having their internship in front office department did not have any problems or challenges that occurred. they have adapt well with the environment and the people. While on the on the other hand, Lia and Silvia who were having an internship in Kitchen Department are a bit complaining about their rights, they did not get the same extra day off like Randy and April who were in Front Office Department, they have talked these matters with their supervisor as well as their Training Manager but somehow no action have been taken. I have discuss these matters with Mr Momon at that time due to Mr Arindra were having a training. Hopefully some action will be taken for the good of the students. For the future, I believe that so far, Binus has been making a good impression for them so hopefully we can manage to take care the needs of the industry as well carefully selecting our student for Internship.
