During my monitoring session in Royal Ambarrukmo Yogyakarta, I have been given some time to discuss personally with Thoeng. After having few words with thoeng while he personally assist me in Hotel Tour, Thoeng has personally complaining about his schedule which is always changing and sometimes even in one day the schedules and department are changing as well in a very short notice. That has made him a bit confuse on what to do and how to do it because the sudden changes can happen at instant. I have discuss this matter with Ms Mariani Herawati, she is personally accepting the challenges  that thoeng have went to. Due to the re opening of the Hotel itself, lack of trainees, and other matters that are still under progress such as SOP, etc. however, she really appreciate the feedback given and she will take care this matters. On the other hand she suggest that Binus should give at least two trainees to make them comfortable in having internship in Royal Ambarrukmo. Personally, I think Royal Ambarrukmo is a great Hotel, the staff were nice and friendly, the building itself is very unique where they still keep the Javanese culture with the touch of modernization. Hopefully we can keep making a collaboration with the Hotel and fulfill the adding of minimum two persons in one establishment.
