Hotel Management Universitas Bina Nusantara bersama dengan PT. Sukanda Djaya- Lee Kum Kee berkomitmen untuk berkolaborasi dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di bidang culinary. Kolaborasi ini diawali dengan diadakannya pertemuan pertama antar kedua belah pihak pada Selasa, 10 November 2020 berlokasi di Binus Kampus Anggrek Ruang Lab Front Office Lantai 2.

Pertemuan dihadiri oleh tim PT. Sukanda Djaya yaitu Ibu Astri Octavia (Brand Manager Grocery),  Chef Octavianus Rabuka Arie (Technical Culinary), dan Chef Aldi. Sedangkan tim Hotel Management BINUS diwakili oleh Chef Farah Levyta, Chef Nurul Sukma Lestari, CHE, dan Ibu Maria Pia Adiati. Pada pertemuan ini, dilakukan diskusi mengenai rencana sharing product knowledge untuk produk culinary Lee Kum Kee yang di import oleh PT. Sukanda Djaya dan sesi guest lecture oleh Chef PT. Sukanda Djaya pada beberapa kelas mata kuliah culinary di prodi Hotel Management. Melalui kolaborasi ini, diharapkan mahasiswa Hotel Management BINUS mendapatkan practical skills secara langsung dari para pakar industry culinary.
