BINUS Hotel Management bersama dengan PT. Sukanda Djaya- Diamond Cold Storage mengadakan sesi Cooking Demo menggunakan Rational Combi Oven yang merupakan salah satu kitchen cooking equipment yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Culinary. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 27 April 2022 pk 11.00- 13.00 WIB secara online via Zoom meeting. Pada kesempatan ini, Chef Dani Adi Pratama (Consultant Chef F&B Equipment) dan Chef Roni Paska Butar Butar (Application Chef Sales) dari PT. Sukanda Djaya- Diamond Cold Storage mempraktikan step by step membuat produk olahan roti. Selain via online, mahasiswa juga diperkenankan untuk hadir secara onsite dan melihat langsung proses memasak dari awal hingga selesai.
