The community service activity conducted by the Hotel Management program during the Jakarta Higher Education Week 2026, titled “Young Innovator: From Ideas to Real Works,” was successfully held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta, on February 6, 2026.

This initiative aimed to educate and inspire high school/vocational students and the general public about opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry while encouraging them to transform creative ideas into tangible projects. The event was conducted by Hotel Management Lecturers and Students to accompany potential students in order to give a good knowledge of Hotel Management Programs at BINUS University.The program featured interactive educational booths, a mini sharing session highlighting innovation processes in hospitality, academic consultations, and a showcase of student projects.

The activity received strong enthusiasm from participants, who actively engaged in discussions about career pathways, international exposure, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the industry. As a result, the program enhanced participants’ understanding of hospitality education, strengthened the institution’s image as an innovative and practice-oriented program, and opened opportunities for future collaboration with schools, demonstrating a meaningful contribution to community empowerment and education.
