Let Us Grow With You is the tagline used by Ritz Carlton to have a collaboration with schools in Indonesia. Hotel Management of Binus University is one of the hotel school who has this special collaboration with both Ritz Carlton Pacific Place and Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan. Several programs are done to enrich the collaboration.
On Monday 24th August 2015, Ritz Carlton Pacific Place held a School Appreciation Day to give an Appreciation Certificate for schools who usually become partner on internship program both for Ritz Carlton Pacific Place and Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan. This occasion is collaboration from both Ritz Carlton Carlton Pacific Place and Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan and on this Appreciation Day,the Ritz Carlton Carlton Pacific Place is the host. Also there is a testimonial from one of the employee (CDP Cold Kitchen) who previously was a trainee at Ritz Carlton Carlton Pacific Place.
Ibu Vitria Ariani as Head of Hotel Management of Binus University gave some speech of the importance of collaboration between hotel industry and hotel school to minimize the gap between knowlegde given at school and the update knowledge at hotel industry in order to prepare the future human resource.
The occasion was showing the Choir performance from Ritz Carlton Jakarta Mega Kuningan’s trainee and acoustic performance fromVictor and Monica (Binus students) as the trainee at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place.
