On Thursday, 5 December 2019 BINUS University was visited by one of the best 5 star hotel in Jakarta and that Hotel is The Westin Hotel. The Westin Jakarta is conveniently located in the heart of Jakarta’s business district near intriguing cultural sites, embassies and popular attractions. The Westin Jakarta Hotel is a part of Marriott Group.

On this occasion The Westin Jakarta Hotel was represented by Ms. Ayu Febriana as Assistant Learning and Developing Manager. This Guest Lecture was attended by all student from the first semester to learned about how important grooming is in the Hospitality Industry.

Ms. Ayu Febriana give the Students from BINUS University a little presentation about grooming. Grooming is exceptionally important in hospitality industry. How you look, dress and present yourself expresses lots about your approach towards guests. Since you are the face of your organisation, no matter what your job role is, grooming makes you and as an extension your organisation presentable. Not only that, Ms. Ayu Febriana also explains about how you should groom yourself in the Hospitality Industry for all Male and Female Student.
