New Comercialized Course Gathering “Catering Management” Course by Hotel Management Department
On November 4, 2024, BINUS University hosted the “Gathering NCC (New Commercialized Course)” event gathering, celebrating the innovation and achievements of various programs, including the Hotel Management Department. This department played a crucial role by introducing the “Catering Management Subject” as part of the Mini Bootcamp 1 & 2 series, showcasing its commitment to providing hands-on, industry-relevant education. This course can be obtain by all the publics, other universities, small medium entreprises, and so on.The event was attended by esteemed representatives from the Hotel Management program, including Dr. Arief Zulkarnain, Dr. Aditya Nova Putra, and Dr. Tiurida, who were instrumental in the course’s development and implementation.
In addition to their NCC contributions, the Hotel Management Department has been actively involved in expanding BINUS’s Life Long Learning as part of Performance Indicator through the creation of MOOCs. These new offerings, “Service Management” and “Culinary Tourism,” aim to provide accessible, high-quality education to a broader audience, further establishing BINUS University as a leader in progressive and practical learning solutions.
