BINUS University proudly welcomed Callum Hann for an exclusive Sharing Session and Cooking Demonstration with students of the Hotel Management program (B29). The event took place on February 4, 2026, from 13.00 to 16.00, broadcasted live from the Kitchen Laboratory at BINUS Anggrek campus, creating an engaging and interactive culinary learning experience. This event was opened by Dean of Faculty of Digital Communication Hotel & Tourism & Head of Department Hotel Management.

As a renowned chef and former contestant of MasterChef Australia, Callum Hann shared valuable insights into his professional journey, culinary philosophy, and the importance of creativity and discipline in the kitchen. The session combined storytelling with a live cooking demonstration, allowing students to observe professional techniques while gaining inspiration from real-world industry practices.

During the session, Chef Callum Hann was assisted by Dr. Aditya Nova Putra, ensuring a smooth and dynamic demonstration while bridging international culinary perspectives with local expertise.
