On October 17th, 2024, 50 enthusiastic Hotel Management students from BINUS University gathered for an exciting opportunity— the USA Management Trainee program by HRC International. This prestigious program offers hands-on experience in some of the world’s top luxury hotels, including Hyatt, J.W. Marriott, Four Seasons, and Ritz Carlton. The location have been offered in several cities, such as: Chicago, New York, Florida, Miami, Washington DC, and New Orleans. The program features positions in the culinary division, front office, and food & beverage services, giving students a pathway to kickstart their international careers in hospitality for 1 year training.

With growing interest from the participants, 8 students have already committed to joining the program in December 2024, eager to gain invaluable experience in the United States. The program not only offers a gateway to working in 5-star hotels but also allows them to learn from industry leaders, build a global network, and develop the skills needed to excel in their future careers. This opportunity represents a significant step for BINUS students, paving the way for a new generation of hospitality professionals.
